How do I unlock premium presets, overlays, and sticker packs?

Tap any locked item and either watch a short ad to unlock it for 24 hours, or subscribe to Sparkl Pro to unlock everything permanently (no ads).

How do I manage or cancel my Sparkl Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Sparkl, or use apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Sparkl, tap the settings gear, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought the subscription.

My exported GIF/MP4/Live Photo didn't save — what now?

Animated exports need an overlay selected (the export sheet will hint at this). Live Photos save straight to your photo library, so Sparkl needs the "Add to Photos" permission — you can re-grant it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Sparkl.

Where are my photos stored?

Everything stays on your device. Sparkl never uploads your photos — see our privacy policy for details.
