This Privacy Policy explains how Celesta Games LTD (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the iOS app Sparkl: Y2K PFP Maker (“Sparkl”, the “App”). We built Sparkl to be privacy-respecting: your photos are edited entirely on your device, we do not require an account, and we do not run our own servers that store your personal data.
When you choose a photo, Sparkl loads it through Apple’s system photo picker and processes it locally to apply presets, stickers, masks, and animated effects. Your photos, your edited results, and your saved projects are stored only on your device (in the App’s storage and, if you choose to export a Live Photo, in your photo library). We do not upload, transmit, or retain your photos on any server. We request “add to photo library” permission solely so you can save your finished creations.
Sparkl shows optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch an ad to temporarily unlock a content pack) provided by Google AdMob. We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads and to treat the App as directed to users under the age of consent. To deliver ads and prevent fraud and abuse, Google may process limited device information such as a device identifier, coarse/approximate location derived from IP address, and ad-interaction data. Because ads are non-personalized, this information is not used to build an advertising profile of you across other apps. We use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand how the App is used in aggregate — for example which presets are popular and how often exports succeed. TelemetryDeck is designed not to collect personal data: signals are anonymized, are not linked to your identity, and are not used to track you across apps. TelemetryDeck does not store IP addresses and uses a salted, non-reversible identifier so individual users cannot be singled out. See the TelemetryDeck Privacy Policy.
Sparkl offers an optional “Sparkl Pro” subscription. Purchases and renewals are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment and shares with us only a confirmation that an entitlement is active; we never receive or store your payment-card number or billing details.

Sparkl is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Because some of our users may be young, we have configured advertising to be non-personalized and tagged for users under the age of consent, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Content you create stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Aggregated analytics signals are retained by TelemetryDeck per their policy. We rely on Apple’s platform protections and our partners’ security measures to safeguard the limited data described above.
Our advertising and analytics partners may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States, under appropriate safeguards described in their respective privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App.
